General Information

Yashvi Paradise Shimla is a homestay duly registered with Himachal Tourism and Civil Aviation, Government of Himachal Pradesh. These terms and conditions would be applicable if you are using our website, booking our services, or staying at Yashvi Paradise Shimla.

Booking Policy

• - All the bookings are subject to availability.
• - Guest should always give correct information at the time of booking.
• - A valid ID like Aadhaar card, driving licence, or any government issued ID proof with photo is required at the time of booking.
• - Unmarried couples are allowed above 18 years with valid ID proof of both guests.
• - Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking if incorrect information is provided.

Check-in and Check-out Time

• - Check-in time - 12 PM
• - Check-out time - 11 AM
• - Early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment Policy

• - Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• - All balance payments are required to be paid at the time of check-in only.
• - We only accept cash and UPI.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• - Cancellation made 10 days before arrival - full refund of advance.
• - No refund for cancellation made within 1 to 10 days of stay.
• - No show - 100% cancellation charge for advance payment.
• - Refund may be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Guest Responsibilities

• - All the guests and visitors are expected to maintain decorum and respect our policies.
• - Any kind of damage would be charged.
• - Illegal activities, consumption of illegal drugs, or any activity prohibited under law is strictly not allowed.

Child Policy

• - Children between the age of 6 to 10 are allowed without extra bed.
• - Charges for extra bed would be applicable if required by guest.
• - Parents/Guardians are responsible for supervision and safety of their kids.

Pet Policy

• - Small dogs/cats are allowed with guests.
• - Pets should always sleep or rest in their bed.
• - Bed needs to be brought by guest only for their pets.

Liability / Disclaimer

• - Yashvi Paradise Shimla is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
• - Guests are advised to keep valuable items secure.
• - Yashvi Paradise is not responsible for delay, cancellation, or disruption in case of any natural event, war, road conditions, or anything beyond our control.
